I am Yoan Alba, plastic artist. From a very early age, art has been my refuge. in this biography i want to share my artistic journey.

As an artist deeply immersed in exploring the subconscious, I create visual metaphors

that resonate with the essence of surrealism and impressionism. My journey as an artist

has been self-taught, enriched by observation and experimentation, allowing me to

develop a style that transcends traditional art education. This path of relentless creation

has refined my technique, making every brushstroke and experiment a significant

lesson in artistic expression.

 

In my work, I employ a bold and liberated approach, blending spontaneous gestures

with traditional methods on canvas and paper, effectively blurring the boundaries

between the abstract and the figurative.

 

This method reflects my deep commitment to creative individuality and my quest for

genuine expression within the contemporary art landscape. For the last two years, I

have devoted myself entirely to painting, embracing early inspirations and challenges to

sculpt my distinctive artistic identity.
